John was a founding partner of Saatchi & Saatchi in 1970. BBH, founded in 1982, now has 7 offices worldwide including London, New york and Shanghai. John has been central to advertising for over 6 decades working with brands such as Levi's, Audi and many others. John has numerous awards including a D&AD President's award for outstanding achievement and a knighthood. John has also written 2 books; 'Hegarty on advertising- turning intelligence into magic' and 'Hegarty on creativity- there are no rules.'
Tom Teichman is Britain’s most successful start-up backer (Evening Standard 2015), co-founder of The Garage Soho with legendary Ad Man Sir John Hegarty, and founder of Spark Ventures. Tom has spent his career in finance, starting in insurance before floating SPARK Ventures, one of the world’s first listed VC funds.
SPARK has had exits worth over £1 Billion to the likes of Dell, France Telecom, and the Financial Times and several IPO's. Tom recently became Chair of the Edison Investment Research Group and Investor Access firms. He sits on the Board of Market-Tech, the progressive owners of Camden Market.
Having graduated from Christ Church College with a degree in English in 1981, Nick joined BBH in 1987 as a planner and helped the agency develop some of their most famous brand ideas - 'Levi's The Original Jean' and many more. In 1992 he was made Head of Department, then Group Strategy Director in 1998 becoming responsible for some of BBH's most famous global brand ideas such as 'Dirt is good'. He has also been Convener of Judges for the IPA Effectiveness Awards and lead the IPA Diploma 'the MBA of brands'. His book 'What is a 21st Century Brand? is out now. After 27 years at BBH Nick left to get back to doing what he loves- being a 'Brand Mechanic'.
Kevin began his advertising career in his homeland of Ireland where he graduated from the College of Commerce, Dublin. He moved to the UK & later joined BBH in 1990 as Group Media Manager and in 1995 was made Media director. Earning him an appointment to the board. Kevin was the founding partner of Motive, BBH's media arm. In 2000 he left to form a new advertising agency Soul. Soul was later acquired by the Asian independent Network Agency "Nitro" in 2005. In 2005 Kevin rejoined BBH as a global partner where he was also appointed to the board of BBH's brand invention business ZAG. in 2014 he co-founded BBH's new sports marketing venture BBH Sport alongside rugby legend Lawrence Dallaglio. Kevin is also a non-executive director of Universal Music and a co-founder of BRO-KEN.

Moira is a creative with an MA in Arts Administration and Cultural Policy from the University of London, Goldsmiths and a BA in Fine Art & Art History. She loves to paint and enjoys London's rich arts and culture scene in her spare time.
Moira has a wealth of experience in the creative world with a history of working in agencies and contemporary art galleries across the country. She works on multiple projects at The Garage as our Creative Project Manager, in addition to managing our production process and our in house gallery space.
Ben has joined the Garage having previously been a strategy consultant working on various TMT sector projects across Europe and Asia. Prior to that Ben worked at a leading FMCG startup where he was placed as part of the New Entrepreneurs Foundation.
Ben studied Land Economy and Management at Cambridge University.
Opal graduated from a BA(hons) degree in Photography for Fashion & Advertising in June 2015, for which she co-designed and ran the Graduate exhibition and publication. Interning immediately after at The Garage, Opal has now joined the team permanently as Creative project manager.
Opal is continuing her photographic career alongside her work with us and brings her creative eye and mind to various Garage projects.
